Small restaurant in downtown Termoli. Few tables available outside, sharing the crowded dehors with all other restaurants of that street - still, a pleasant ambiance in a warm evening of early September. The menu was relatively limited and focused on few freshly prepared simple plates of high quality. Delicious food, we enjoyed our Chitarrine alle Vongole and Cavatelli ai Frutti di Mare as first course, then shared the delicious Calamari con Cicoria, Moscardini in Purgatorio and Calamari Ripieni Grigliati. With two glasses of white wine (Greco grape), water, one coffee and one limoncello the bill was €92. Fantastic Restaurant! The service was lovely. Absolutely incredible meal. We had the insalada di polpo, orecchiette agli scampi, cavatelli ai frutti di mare, calamari ripieni grigliati (our favorite), and the frittura di paranza o calamari. We wanting some fishy pasta and this was such a good place! So good we went both nights during our stay in Termoli! The owners are lovely and really friendly, even when you turn up with a little child, the antipasti are delicious (tasted 6 and all were insane), the pasta were superb (fresh pasta is a real bonus)special mention to the vongole dish, everything was so good!
