You get to customize your panini, you pick what meat goes inside, cheese, every ingredient, even the type of bread. Now, the meat was so juicy, fresh and pure, It's probably the best patty I've tried. The ingredients are also fresh and flavorful, and a lot of them are prepared at home.

The tiramisu and the cake are also home made, and the tiramisu is mouth watering.

Beyond the goodness of the food, the man that works there is also the owner of the place, and he was the sweetest, most genuine person. He is creative, kind, patient with us, always smiled, you could see that he was passionate about doing this. Also he made a bunch of little games on the eating paper that goes under the plate, so you have something to do while you are waiting for the food.

Watch out when you receive your custom burger or sandwich. Check if it has all your desired ingredients. If not send it back they will fix it. But dude if you say to my friend and me you dont have that exact cheese and we say but the other one in than PUT IT IN. Both sandwiches were without cheese even tho it said on the paper and we told them to contain the newly selected cheese so both sandwiches went back to the kitchen to be adjusted. But the people there were super friendly and helpful and the rest of the food and sandwiches were tasty. Wanted to tip but the server didn't want to accept the tip "not...

Ci siamo fermati per mangiare qualcosa 'al volo' dopo aver visitato Villa d'Este a Pasquetta e l'esperienza non è stata buonissima. Come avevo già letto da altre recensioni la carne più buona termina subito e gli rimane solo l'hamburger. Noi avevamo chiesto la salsiccia,la cuoca dalla cucina ci dice che non ne avevano più,noi ci guardiamo (stavamo andando via) e lei ci fa:" no no niente tutto a posto...solo che ne ho soltanto una". Da dove è venuta fuori sta salsiccia se prima erano terminate?? Va bene comunque ci sediamo in un tavolo grande ma ci invadono un gruppetto di giapponesi quindi ci alziamo e ci spostiamo in un tavolo appena liberato. Il tutto mentre la cameriera/aiuto cuoca non si accorge di nulla. Ci viene a pulire il tavolo con una pezza puzzolentissima di sporco e ci servono il panino mezzo freddo dopo più di mezz'ora( erano le 15;30 e con 4 tavoli da servire). Ho dato 2 stelle all'esperienza complessiva,una solo per la cameriera che poverina faceva il lavoro di 3 persone. In una giornata come pasquetta il problema è stato che c'era veramente poco personale e la cucina con una piastra sola quindi i panini uscivano veramente a rilento. In più c'era un via vai continuo di persone che usavano solo il bagno e altre 2/3 persone che entravano e uscivano dalla cucina che venivano da qualche altro locale lì vicino. Insomma tornassi indietro non mi fermerei,il cibo è buono ma il servizio lascia molto...
