INCREDIBLE! My family and I (celiac) stopped here for lunch after trying to find a gluten free restaurant between Perugia and Viterbo and wow am I glad this is what we picked. Everything that we ordered was great. They informed me that almost the entire menu could be made gluten free. We ordered a mixed fried appetizer that included things like sage, apples, zucchini flowers, and rice balls. For our meals we got their carbonara with artichokes gluten free and two orders of the pork with salted caramel sauce. For dessert my dad had the pan seared panettone with homemade cream and limoncello and I had the gluten free no bake cheesecake with wild berry topping. Everything was amazing but the caramel pork really stole the show in all of our opinions and is possibly one of the best dishes we've ever had. The first good impression (concern about finding a table) disappears with the collision with the quality of the service. Despite the large number of waiters in the terrace after ordering the dishes, staff is interested in you at all (ordering extra water, wine) Focaccia not served! The dishes themselves are correct, but I would not recommend panna cotta with forest fruits (without the taste and smell of vanilla with 1 forest fruit). It's a pity because the place has potential. Sono stato domenica scorsa con un gruppo di amici. Il locale si trova davanti alla chiesa di San Fortunato a un centinaio di metri dall'uscita della monorotaia proveniente dal parcheggio. Ci si arriva dall' omonimo vicolo le scalette,si scende una rampa e ci si trova davanti all'ingresso. Il locale ha alcune sale all'interno con delle imponenti volte, quindi molto fresco,e una terrazza panoramica molto bella. Lo staff è competente, veloce,e pronto a esaurire ogni vostra richiesta. Avevamo prenotato (eravamo più di 35) e concordato un menù a 35euro( antipasto,un primo, un secondo con contorno e dolce più acqua, vino, pane a volontà) la terrazza era coperta e quindi con molta ombra. Non conosco il resto del menù alla carta, quindi posso giudicare solo quello che ho mangiato. Antipasto non molto completo ( poco affettato e un solo pezzo di formaggio uno spicchio di focaccia un crostino) primo tagliatelle al ragù di chianina rosso,( come va di moda oggi piatto grande con buco in mezzo contenente un paio di forchettate di pasta, comunque ci hanno chiesto se ne volevamo ancora e ce ne hanno rifatte un po', perché comunque quasi tutti hanno rifatto il bis) secondo,tagliata con patate al forno e dolce. Ripeto era comunque un menù a prezzo concordato e questo ha sicuramente influito sulle quantità, la qualità dei prodotti è stata comunque soddisfacente.
