Absolutely terrible. Pasta reheated and hot on top and cold underneath. When asked if we enjoyed food, we politely said not and gave the reasons showing the full plate. They ignored us and moved away. No offer to rectify situation. When mentioned at the end, they said the lasagne was 'finished' although when we asked if the lasagne was nice when ordering they smiled and said of course. Liars. Better to be honest as we could have ordered something else. of course it would not have made a difference as they may well have been inclined to triple charge us with no proof. Service terrible. Tried to over charge us. Water was warm and when asked for cold water they gave us melted ice cubes. Worst place I’ve EVER EATEN. I urge you to avoid unless you want to get robbed and leave hungry. Also a side of cockroach was the icing on the cake. Just outside of the tables they were infested with cockroaches.

They provided a written receipt which was incorrectly added up trying to overcharge us over €20 euros and when we questioned it they got angry and we’re trying to change the prices as we were speaking to justify the cost. What establishment does not provide a printed receipt for anybody. They took the receipt off me as well , and demanded the money. They clearly can’t do the maths because as you can see from this written receipt, this does not add up. This place should be officially closed down and reported absolutely daylight theft which is made worse because of food is disgusting. A total embarrassment to this beautiful town. This place should not be able to remain in business. I have eaten at some beautiful places and this one was shameful.

The manager was aggressive. The staff were rude and unable to prove the lie they clearly were trying to cover up. What a sad sad place they call...

How sad, our last day of 2 weeks in Italy and we accidentally found the WORST restaurant I have been to in years. It’s a shame that a restaurant in such a nice location, right in the port of such a beautiful city, serves frozen food of such bad quality. I ordered the mixed grilled seafood plate. Two large prawns, both strongly burnt on one side so not edible, a thin and leathery piece of tuna, a piece of swordfish that was dry on one side and slightly raw on the other, and a white fish that just tasted bad. The most ridiculous though was the „tomato salad“. I can’t believe I paid money to have a plate of halved cherry tomatoes with no salt, oil, basil, nothing. When we complained to the waiter / host (the same one who warmly greeted and seated us) he was rude and ended up walking away. We left some money on the table and left. Do not go to...

TERRIBILE. Una stella perche non posso metterne zero. Premetto che non sono una da fare review, ma mi prendo una mezz ora se puo servire per salvare qualcun altro da una serata pietosa. Altamente sconsigliato, anzi, SCAPPATE. Servizio da mani nei capelli. Io e la mia famiglia siamo sfortunatamente capitati a cenare qui attratti dai menu turistici. Eravamo il primo ed unico tavolo. Il cameriere ci ha chiesto se volevamo iniziare con qualcosa da bere e abbiamo ordinato dell acqua e del vino bianco frizzante. Dopo poco riceviamo una caraffa di vino bianco liscio, tra l altro da far rabbrividire qualsiasi amante dell enoteca. In tutto cio dopo 10 minuti ci alziamo per prendere da soli i menu, da un tavolo vicino. I bicchieri di vino erano tutti sporchi asciugati evidentemente con un.panno sbagliato, pieni di pelucchi. Avvertiamo ben due persone diverse dicendo che siamo pronti per ordinare, che passandosi verbalmente l'incarico l'un l'altro ci fanno attendere "allegramente" altri dieci minuti prima di avere il cameriere al tavolo (ricordo, 3 persone dello staff a guardare il vuoto davanti al ristorante e noi, L 'UNICO TAVOLO). La cena é continuata piu o meno decentemente per dieci minuti, riceviamo le portate ordinate (cibo nella media) ma veniamo distratti dal secondo tavolo, una coppia accanto a noi che ha avuto lo stesso esatto problema col vino. Cooomunque, quasi alla fine della seconda portata ci viene chiesto di spostarci in un altro tavolo per via di una prenotazione di 18 persone. Ridendo per non piangere ci spostiamo. Riceviamo occhiate complici dalla coppia di vicini, che mente mangiavamo l ultima corsa stavano ancora aspettando la.prima portata. Camerieri e staff lenti, non professionali, discutendo in mezzo ai tavoli e con fare da mercato, che tutto trasmettono tranne che voglia di lavorare. Il proprietario ci chiede se sta andando tutto bene e con gentilezza e schiettezza elenchiamo tutto cio di cui non siam stati felici. Quasi scioccato ci chiede scusa, ma chiudiamo il discorso perche, capendo che dal primo all ultimo non hanno un idea di quel che stanno facendo, risparmiamo fiato ed energie.
