Poseidone - Frutti d'amare - Sushi Gourmet — Restaurant in Trapani

I am from Germany and went to 'Poseidone' first time in June 2021 twice. In September 2021 I visited Sicily again (round-trip on the island) and had to stop in Trapani again just for eating here! in 2 weeks I am going to Trapani again, because my wife wants to eat again all the food which can be seen in my photos. The stuff is very friendly and attentive, the cook is in love for the detail and the sushi is also very good. [Gault & Millau and Michelin guides check this place out]

A really nice restaurant with great staff! Everyone was so accommodating and nice. And of course pet friendly. There is English speaking staff as well. The food was so good. If you’re in the mood for some sushi, definitely come here. The hand roll and specialty rolls that we had were so good and fresh. The squid ink spaghetti was a great dish. delicious and unique if you’ve never had it before. Don’t worry, your teeth don’t stay black. They even gave us these little Bibs (maybe a tourist thing). Wine choice was huge too! Definitely highly recommend eating here...

siamo stati ospiti del ristorante la sera del 13 agosto in 3, più un cane particolarmente grande e con necessità particolari. Il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile, educato e professionale, soprattutto il signor Manuele, ma niente da levare agli altri suoi colleghi. Abbiamo mangiato sia ristorante, sia sushi: l’antipasto per coloro che mi accompagnavano era un polpo gratinato, a loro dire ottimo e assaggiandolo anche io si poteva percepire la freschezza degli ingredienti, io invece ho assaggiato una tartare di tonno, condita con una salsa particolare, anche questa molto fresca, veramente ottima. Tra l’antipasto e i primi di ristorante c’è stata poca attesa, per me che ho preso il sushi invece l’attesa si è un pò allungata, insieme a della confusione tra le comande, ma alla fine è arrivato tutto: un sashimi di salmone ed un ebi ten (roll di gambero in tempura con riso, salsa terayaki e dei fili di patate), niente da dire ottimi, freschi. Il tasto dolente però esiste: il conto, non per il prezzo, anzi era più che gesto, se non fosse che ricontrollando il PRIMO scontrino ci siamo resi conto di non aver potuto spendere tale somma, tornando indietro, ci siamo fatti rifare lo scontrino, che alla fine era quello giusto, il SECONDO, che infatti aveva il prezzo esatto. Si sono giustificati dicendo di aver sbagliato il tavolo, e in buona fede abbiamo giustificato l’accaduto in quel modo, da quello che ho letto fra le recenzioni non mi sembra un problema frequente quindi immagino sia stata una svista.
