Ristorante La Perla — Restaurant in Trapani

The food is really good. We had pizzas the first night, loved how they come diced in squares, the Pizza Trapanese was especially good. The second evening we had the fried calamari and fritto misto, huge portion and very tasty. It’s not a 5 star review because of our waitress in the second evening. The waiter before her brought the wine glasses as we already ordered the wine, but this girl scooped them off the table, even though we told her we asked for them, she didn’t even liste and just said that wine glasses shouldn’t stay on the table, lol. Didn’t understand the nonsense and wouldn’t have been bothered about it if her attitude wasn’t slightly...

I made a reservation for dinner at this pizzeria in Trapani. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered a pizza, but as soon as I started eating, I noticed that the dough in the middle was completely undercooked – it was actually inedible, only the crust was properly baked.

I called the staff over and they apologized, but unfortunately, they didn’t offer any solution or compensation. Despite the situation, I was still charged for the pizza, which I could barely eat.

Siamo capitati per caso, anzi per sbaglio, convinti di aver prenotato un'altra location e meno male!!! Siamo stati fortunati, siamo incredili dalla bontà di quel che abbiamo mangiato, noi giriamo tutto l'anno per lavoro, abbiamo assaggiato le pizze di ogni genere, pluripremiate, tradizionali, napoletane, gourmet, essendo il nostro piatto preferito che potremmo mangiare anche a colazione, purtroppo però non siamo mai pienamente soddisfatti, come se la vera pizza quella di una volta non esistesse più. Tutti vantano impasti spettacolari, lievitazione infinita ma in realtà è sempre tutto da mal di pancia. Oggi abbiamo mangiato una delle pizze più buone mai assaggiate, ma anche con ingredienti di primissima qualità, ero scettica dalla rustica con salame piccante acciughe e pecorino insieme invece già dal profumo si capiva che l'abbinamento era stupefacente. È giusto spendere qualche parola anche per la squisitezza dei titolari , fortemente innamorati del loro lavoro e lo trasmettono, alla cordialità di tutti i camerieri, alla bellezza della tipicità del locale curato e pulitissimo, alla vista sul mare turchese ... che dire, diamo 5 stelle perché di più non si può ! Ps per un antipasto di verdure freschissime grigliate con formaggio tipico grigliato e pane cotto nel forno a legna legna, 2 pizze rustiche, acqua,vino e 2 coperti abbiamo pagato solo 40 euro e ci è stato offerto del marsala con orgoglio di chi ama la sua terra. Non ci sono dubbi che tutte le volte che torneremo a trapani sarà una tappa...
