Our group ordered our lunch and Midway through ordering our meals the waitress just walked off. Another waiter turn resumed taking our order 5 minus later. Two of the dishes provided were not as ordered. After telling the waiter that the ingredients were missing from our Panini and no tuna in the salad, they took the dishes away and after some time they returned the Panini unchanged and added tuna to the salad. Long wait to get some meals, our food didn't come out together, which is not good for a group...

Abbiamo chiesto due prossechi Trento doc, e ci arrivano due prossechi senza bollicine, aperta la bottiglia da non so quanto, due polpette al interno crude. Per cambiare i prossechi impossibile perché ci dicono che la bottiglia è stata aperta la mattina 😄 Vado a pagare ( anche se mio marito aveva già pagato ma non me l’aveva detto) trovo una ragazza mora incazzata nera col mondo, non capiva cosa dovevo fare se ordinare o pagare si mette quasi a urlare ( gli ho detto di darsi una calmata), su un bar non si può urlare e parlare male ai clienti. Gli ho chiesto dopo i soldi indietro scusandomi di aver pagato due volte (una volta ci hanno chiesto 15 euro una volta 10 bisogna mettersi d’accordo 😁) per due prossechi imbevibili e due polpette crude con sangue dalla carne dentro mi sembra un po’ troppo. Mi ha lanciato i soldi in faccia. Una vergogna! Questa ragazza deve cambiare lavoro deve essere lasciata a casa, il bar è su un bel posto è potrebbe tirar su molta più gente invece con gente così c’è ne sarà sempre meno. Mi dispiace per i titolari, forse non sanno cosa hanno...
