Ich komme meistens mittags her, um mein Manuskript zu lektorieren. Kaum Touristen sonst hier, alles familiär, aber nicht umschlingend, sondern fröhlich frei.

Bravissimi e Coccolissimi. Lo stesso titolare del buffet franceschini; ecco perché il locale è sempre pieno di clienti. Anche qui, il personale è stato selezionato con molta cura. I locali che non lavorano, dovrebbero farsi insegnare da lui come si lavora a contatto con la clientela; cosa ormai sconosciuta a moltissimi gestori che pensano che un bar o un locale sia una catena di montaggio e non hanno la minima attenzione per il cliente. BRAVI anzi BRAVISSIMI....

A Trieste Robi è un istituzione. Qualunque locale gestisca, dalla gelateria...al buffet , passando per il lounge bar e ristorante, lo fa rendere al TOP. Incredibile. Al Iera ora...ha fatto rinascere un posto morto dove nessuno voleva scommetterci. Persone come Robi possono insegnare molto ai giovani che intendono intraprendere questo tipo di...

Di passaggio a Trieste con 2 bimbi piccoli. Una passante ci indica questo locale. Prendiamo 2 primi e un piatto del prosciutto locale. I piatti sono abbondanti e buonissimi. Cucina semplice, tradizionale ma di qualità. Servizio efficentissimo e velocissimo, perfetto per chi ha bambini. Gentili e comprensivi. Prezzi onesti. Ritorneremo...
