1st time draw in trieste, located in the old town near the harbour. young and modern restaurant in an medieval house. they seem to spezialise on raw or mostly raw products and they know what the are doing. had tuna tartare with i guess orange/lime juice or zest , perfectly harmonised and some kind of orange/lime lacquer and some fruit and my friend slightely grilled tuna with sesame on avocado. both were really top notch. i strongly recommend to try it out. besides, with every order comes a little greeting from the kitchen, so if you are only there for drinks (excellent craft beer) you get something...

Nonostante abbia voluto recensire questo locale negativamente dopo la mia prima esperienza, mi sento in dovere di stravolgere completamente la mia precedente recensione. Dopo quell’esperienza passata negativamente a seguito di vari episodi, da me e i miei amici non graditi, il locale sembra aver saputo accogliere nel miglior dei modi la mia recensione precedente, come quelle dei precedenti clienti, per migliorarsi in tutte le sue parti offrendo così un servizio al top. Personale attento e gentile nel servire i propri clienti facendoli sentire “a casa propria”; i drink unici fanno si che questo locale, come tutti gli altri locali appartenenti alla catena di cui questo ne fa parte, sia l’unico ad offrire un qualcosa di diverso, unico e molto “fantasioso” oltre che buono. Avevo bisogno di informazioni per prenotare una sala all’interno del locale e il personale ha saputo rispondere a tutte le mie domande senza dubbi o perplessità. Il locale inoltre è da considerarsi unico sopratutto per l’arredamento interno. Ogni volta che ci faccio un salto è sempre pieno e questo fa capire che la professionalità nel servizio offerto non è un’opinione; questa cosa ha fatto molto piacere a me come anche a tutti i miei amici che ho portato con il passare del tempo. A great place to get a spritz (Cynar or Aperol) in the later afternoon. Outside of the touristy areas of Trieste this bar is on the street where the locals hang out. For a good reason too. You get more value for your $ here. It's chill yet vibrant (unless you come too early). The drinks are well made, with tapas style bites to accompany, and won't empty your wallet either.
