Sartoria Burger Club — Restaurant in Trieste

I’ve been coming to Sartoria Burger Club ( Antica Sartoria ) for a while, and I have to say—the new management is definitely a big step up from the previous one. Everything feels more organized, cleaner, and the overall vibe is more professional.

The burger? Genuinely good. Tasty, juicy, and satisfying—exactly what you want when you’re craving a solid burger. Plus, the fact that the chips are included in the price is a nice touch, and they’re actually good too—crispy and not overly greasy.

Prices are fair for what you get, and you leave full, which is becoming rarer these days.

Only downside? The waitress could show a bit more joy for life. A smile here and there wouldn’t hurt—but hey, everyone has their off days.

The best burger spot in Trieste! With juicy, high-quality burgers and simply delectable fries, this place has it all! Great for a more casual but delicious dinner. We adored the onion rings, which were simple yet done to perfection. The waitstaff speak both Italian and English and are very accommodating to any special requests. The theme of this restaurant fits with its interior and menu, and it is definitely a treat to eat while enjoying the ambience of the venue....

Recensione difficile da scrivere per questo locale... Premessa: ci siamo fermati a mangiare perchè avevamo fretta di cenare, i tavoli erano quasi tutti liberi ed un vistoso cartello recitava "il miglior hamburger di Trieste! (modestamente)". Abbiamo ordinato un piatto hamburger e una insalatona senza poter buttare l'occhio ai piatti dei vicini (non c'era quasi nessuno) e senza aver letto opinioni o recensioni sul locale quindi basandoci sulle nostre "sensazioni". Risultato: qualitativamente ottimo, proprio nulla da dire, quantitativamente siamo rimasti un pò delusi. L'insalatona aveva una buona base di insalata (iceberg) fresca, 4 fettine di prosciutto crudo e 4 pezzetti di mozzarella di bufala, pomodoro a fette e una bella cucchiaiata di salsa al basilico. Il piatto hamburger aveva l'hamburger con il formaggio roquefort sciolto sopra, 6 stick di zucchina, 3 fettine sottilissime di mela verda, 1 cucchiaino di cipolla caramellata (vedi foto). Non so se è il miglior hamburger di Trieste, certo è che è MOLTO ben cotto e MOLTO buono. Ma è altrettanto vero che 17€ per un hamburger e 6 pezzetti di zucchina son davvero tanti! Come son tanti 13€ per un insalatona nemmeno troppo ricca. Ad aver avuto tempo (o una dritta dal cameriere) sicuramente avremmo ordinato subito altro, magari un antipasto prima o un contorno, invece dovevamo scappare e, alla fine, siamo andati via con ancora un...
