We, Asians, experienced "racism" and very rude service here. After choosing the grande menu with 3-4 flavors, we chose 2 flavors and were thinking about the rest, when the employee said that only 2 flavors were included and handed it to us. This was corrected only after we complained that this menu should allow 3-4 flavors. Even though there was an English-speaking employee right in front of us, she pretended not to understand our English and responded only in Italian, laughed at us, and made fun of us. Only after we complained in English did the employee start talking to us in English. This was the worst experience I had in Turin and a place that left me with bad memories of Italy and this city. Turino is incredible for its gelato game I have to say all the Tre coni winners had fantastic offerings. Alberto was my favourite so after trying 8 during my recent trip I returned to this one over the others though I do find the price quite high for the portion size even comparing to Milano. Alberto Marchetti's ice cream is one of the bests I've ever had in my life. The ice cream is extremely creamy and the flavors are rich.
