This is the biggest gelato cone I've ever eaten in Italy. The price of 2.5 euros has three flavors which the volume shocked me. In fact, the 1.5 euro cones in this gelateria are bigger than the 2.5 euros in other gelateria. The owner's service is very attentive, which must also be a person who loves gelato very much. This gelateria is simply amazing. I had a few times the bimbo cone for 2.5€ and still couldn’t finish it because the portion is massive! By far the best gelato I’ve had so far. I’ve been in other gelaterias, more pricey but they don’t reach the quality of this place. Ciao, per esperienza personale ho visto preparare gelati in alcuni laboratori, tramite utilizzo di materie prime di buona/alta qualità... Es. pistacchio di Bronte, nocciole da noccioleto bio, cioccolato naturale, liquirizia di Calabria, creecc. Il prodotto finale è qualcosa che in primis parla con il profumo, e cambia di consistenza e al gusto in base alla lavorazione e al prodotto stesso, da un giorno all'altro. La nocciola e il pistacchio hanno pressochè il medesimo gusto in molte gelaterie, e appunto la qualità (ovvero quanto spendi dal fornitore) è tutto. Qua sicuramente non si eccelle in qualità, seppur i commenti siano positivi, ma bisognerebbe aver assaggiato qualcosa di alto livello, per poter poi dare un giudizio. Il gelato, come ogni prodotto, ha un costo, e le dimensioni dei coni serviti qua dovrebbe farvi capire che probabilmente la materia prima non è di prima scelta: un esempio...produrre un kg di nocciola/pistacchio (busta da kg sottovuoto circa 40€) costa circa 7€ e quindi non è giustificato un cono da 400-500gr (ve li servono così) a 3€. Questo gelato è davvero molto leggero, non rimane sullo stomaco e pare poco zuccherato, come lati positivi (oltre al quantitativo, per chi compra a peso e non a qualità). Credo sia riduttivo dire "buono" o "cattivo" senza argomentare...qualche esperto in materia che mi possa...
