Ok, this is a difficult review. This restaurant wants so much, and it does deliver in some areas. The place is really discrete, and we might have missed it if our driver had not pointed to it. There is a bus stop nearby that takes you back to the city centre so taxi is not necessary really. The food then. well, there are a lot of small tastings offered (amuse-bouche of sort), and they add value to the overall experience. We got the English menu, so we might have missed out on something, not sure. We had primi and secondi, and the agnolotti for the first course was excellent. My meat was very good, but my wife had pasta with cauliflower and that was somewhat rough around the edges. The main waitor was professional, but could use some toning down. The sommelier was top notch! They need to work some more on the tastes and balancing of flavour, in some cases more is less. Optics are important, but at the end of the day you eat with your mouth, so that's where the focus should be. OVerall, a good restaurant with the potential to be great. Some work to do...

Si sale al primo piano e si entra in questo grande salone, ornato da opere d'arte alle pareti, con tavoli molto distanziati e stile elegante e moderno. La cucina del locale, che ha confermato la stella Michelin per il secondo anno (sicuramente meritata) propone piatti moderni e di livello partendo dalle tradizioni del piemonte e poi "svariando" tra italia e qualche tocco di oriente. 3 menù degustazione più la carta. Ottima carta dei vini che, senza essere infinita, non lascia delusi e soprattutto ha ricarichi contenuti (quindi prezzi molto buoni). Optato per il menù più completo "#occupythetable" l'espressione della cucina di Spazio 7: 9 portate (di cui alcune "doppie") di assoluto livello in cui tecnica, creatività e gusto si sposano in maniera eccellente. Sferificazioni, giochi di contrasti e consistenze, cotture perfette, presentazioni moderne ed impeccabili. In due parole: grande cena.
