We were lucky to find this exceptional restaurant. This is a family run traditional Italian restaurant serving seasonal produce. The food is incredible! So simple but with so much flavour. We stayed at the Principi do Piemonte Hotel in Turin for seven days and went to Alba’s three times- that’s how good it is. The father is the chef and he prepares every single meal.
