We were lucky to find this exceptional restaurant. This is a family run traditional Italian restaurant serving seasonal produce. The food is incredible! So simple but with so much flavour. We stayed at the Principi do Piemonte Hotel in Turin for seven days and went to Alba’s three times- that’s how good it is. The father is the chef and he prepares every single meal. Only true lucky ones stumble upon Alba Ristorante on their very first day in Turin — a place that feels like a beautiful dream of an Italian family restaurant. Here, lunch is made before your eyes, with passion, ease, and authenticity that’s hard to find.

We were so lucky to find this wonderful family owned restaurant! The food was delicious and the veal fillet was absolute perfection! It comes perfectly rare and the meat is so fresh that they only add salt! The tagliatelle with fresh shaved truffle was also incredible! The delicious food was matched only by the incredibly kind and friendly staff! I would try to make a reservation if you can, the neighborhood families love to eat there so they are busy!
