Caffè Marguttiana — Restaurant in Unione dei comuni della Versilia

Io e la mia ragazza attirati dalla bella location, decidiamo il giorno seguente di fermarci in questo bar/bistrot molto carino.

LA NOSTRA SERATA: La mia ragazza ordina prima di me, semplicemente perché ero andato un attimo in bagno (che per entrare e uscire ti aprono loro). Lei ordina un estathe alla pesca e le arriva un mezzo bicchiere con un cubetto di ghiaccio già riempito (senza neanche bottiglietta o lattina accanto).

Arrivano dei nostri amici che chiedono questo famigerato estathe, chiedendo però di portare la lattina o la bottiglietta e di non versarlo per evitare di annacquare il prodotto. RISPOSTA DEL "CAMERIERE": LA BOTTIGLIA NON C'E'... SONO I BRICK DI PLASTICA (per intenderci quelli delle merende per i bambini), scoraggiati dalla frase del cameriere che sembrava capitato li per caso, decidono di ordinare due semplici coca cola... nella speranza di non avere sorprese spiacevoli (allego foto scontrino e delle coca cocola). RISULTATO: Arrivano due coca cola mini, quelle degli aerei per intenderci e sono subito accompagnate da uno scontrino da 12€... prezzo alto anche per la coca normale. DIMENTICAVO IL COSTO DEL BRICK DI THE: (6€)

ULTIMA PERLA DI QUESTA SERATA HORROR è stata la mia ordinazione. Ho azzardato chiedendo addirittura un ANALCOLICO al limone, dopo 20 minuti d'attesa mi arriva niente di meno che un CAMPARINO... (anche questo già versato)

Ormai sconfortato prendo il bicchiere e vado al banco facendo presente che la mia comanda prevedeva un DRINK analcolico al limone e non CAMPARINO (tra le altre cose alcolico), il barista incredulo cerca di farmi passare per fesso dicendo che quello fosse un analcolico secco, cercando di farsi forte usando un tono sgarbato ed arrogante, cercando appoggio nel barista più esperto/ responsabile, che una volta capito... ha esordito con un: "CI PENSO IO..." Alla fine di questa telenovela... Al tavolo è arrivato un GINGER BEER con una foglia di menta.

UN VERO PECCATO PER UNA LOCATION CHE NON MERITA DI ESSERE GESTITA DA UNA BANDA COME QUESTI SIGNORI.

No gentilezza - No menu - No servizio - Gestione pessima di un locale molto bello ( FA MOLTO RIDERE COME LA COCA COLA SIA PIU' PICCOLA...

The place maybe serve good coffee but the people skills are below zero! We had an ice cream across the street last evening and my daughter had to use the restroom. I politely asked the guy behind the bar to use the restroom. He is obviously in total lack of sympathy and empathy, he refused to let my daughter (not even 3 years old) to use the restroom, saying ONLY customers were allowed. The staff lacking of enthusiasm and treated us as tourists very bad because they were nervous, prices very high, obviously searching on internet in 5 minutes were possible to reach other places where prices were really different and nice as well; so they are not only very rude but also thieves. Is this the way you treat tourists? By shouting at them if they change their mind and change pub? Horrible and disgusting. Some people in Forte Dei Marmi told me that is not the first time that this pub treat people so so badly. I still can't believe it. So...
