A Disgraceful Dining Experience at Tre Stelle – My advise: Avoid at All Costs!
Tre Stelle in Forte dei Marmi is, without exaggeration, one of the most appalling dining experiences I have ever had the misfortune of enduring. From the moment we stepped into this so-called “restaurant,” it was abundantly clear that the staff, particularly the head of the establishment, had no interest in hospitality, customer satisfaction, or basic human decency. This place seems to operate with a singular, shameless goal: to fleece you of your money as quickly as possible, treat you with contempt, and usher you out the door to make way for the next batch of unsuspecting victims. The service at Tre Stelle is not just poor—it’s aggressively hostile. The waitstaff exude an air of disdain, as though your presence is an inconvenience to their day. The level of rudeness was consistent across the team, but the head of the restaurant—presumably the manager or maître d’—elevated unprofessionalism to an art form. This individual’s behavior was nothing short of deplorable. Condescending, dismissive, and outright insulting, they treated us as if we were beneath them, creating an atmosphere of tension and discomfort. The menu is overpriced, with mediocre dishes. Food arrived haphazardly, with no regard for timing or presentation, and it was clear that the kitchen was as disinterested in quality as the front-of-house staff. There is no warmth, no professionalism, and certainly no pride in what they do. If you value your dignity, your money, and your time, steer clear of this establishment. Forte dei Marmi has far better dining options that actually respect their patrons. Tre Stelle deserves zero stars for its disgraceful conduct and utter lack of...
Read moreWe wanted to spend our last evening in Forte in a good restaurant. Despite the great ambiance, the service was catastrophic. Although not one Soul was there when we arrived, they let us wait for 5 min, which felt very unwelcoming. We had to ask several times until they'd bring all the drinks (still no one was there, I really wonder what they were doing at all) and when the "manager" occasionally came to take orders, he would only halfly listen and leave in the middle of our sentence to speak to other customers. This happened several times and was truly unbelievable, I have never felt that disrespected in a restaurant. The only vegetarian food was "Penne Al Pomodoro" (at least they had one, acknowledging that we're at an Italian Seaside) and the menu explicitly mentioned (in red) that no request to change any dish will be tolerated since every recipe is a result of months of work. But this Penne dish was a plain joke, any child could have cooked this better, it tasted like nothing and the fish dishes (grilled squid and fish) were also nothing extraordinary. The manager asked us if we were finished, which we were, and they'd let us wait for 40 min, for absolutely no reason. He was standing at the entrance and chatting, despite a queue lining up. The cherry on the cake was the price. I wouldn't waste my time writing this review, but I have never been that furious in...
Read moreAn Unforgettable Culinary Masterpiece in Forte dei Marmi! My girlfriend and I had one of the most incredible dining experiences of our lives at this restaurant in Forte dei Marmi. From start to finish, it was a true culinary journey! The mussel soup was absolutely out of this world – a dish we'll be dreaming about for a long time. Each plate was a unique and delightful surprise, a true rapsody of tastes that perfectly showcased the freshness and quality of the ingredients. And the fish and other seafood? Pure perfection! Every bite was a testament to exquisite preparation and the finest selection. This wasn't just a meal; it was an experience we'll cherish. If you're looking for an exceptional culinary adventure in Forte dei Marmi, this is the place to go. Highly,...
