Disappointed and felt cheated.

Ask the price of everything before you order. I think we ended up being charged about 100€ per kg of very basic (zucchini and carrots for example) food. I guess we could have made a fuss, and we did ask for an explanation.

A shop that will not explain why they charged 2x what you expected to pay is doing something right when it comes to cheating its customers.

Bread at the table was charged in addition to the cover charge. I'm glad they didn't charge for the fork and knife too. The cover charge was expected. Normal for Italy.

Same experience as the reviews below, place is a scam. It’s a simple deli with tantalising dishes in big trays. I sampled two ; a half plate of vegetable gnocchi, half plate of ravioli … €40! For pre-made food not even warmed through... Owner dismissive and avoids eye contact ; it’s his daily scam saying “see the prices in small print below the counter” when people get bill shocked. Aggressive counter staff complete...
