Beautiful exceptional setting, excellent crudités of seafood, and then acceptable, but not mouth watering, food. Absolutely awful service and no respect. We were a party of six, three university doctor professors, one Italian, born and educated in Italy, six “secondi piatti” ordered, five served. Requested the sixth two or three times, then as everyone else finished a leisurely conversation filled course, we told them do not bring it, then specifically told them do not charge us for the sixth that never came, as we ordered another course from the waiter. NO LANGUAGE PROBLEM ( Italian being mother tongue for some)but of course when the bill came, the charge was there.

WORST, they argued and argued and argued, in English and then in Italian, first one person, then another, and finally figured out they made mistake. Never did they say quietly let me check, but instead “ we do not make mistakes”; one even marched off in a huff “ I am going to prove you wrong” and returned angrily saying I named the wrong pasta dish, but indeed they had served only five of the six ordered. Apologies? One scoozi and another rapid outburst in Italian, blaming us. Too stupid to remember we have fluent people in our party.

You pay for the physical ambience. Service ruined the meal, that ambience, and the digestion. And even if this had not happened, the food overall was...

The food here is truly delicious, but the service was absolutely terrible. The waiters completely forgot about us — they didn’t refill our water or wine, so we ended up serving ourselves. When they finally brought the food, they just stood there waiting for us to clear the table ourselves. They were unfriendly, grumpy, and offered no help in choosing wine. The staff seemed totally disorganized. After finishing our main course, we sat for 20 minutes with dirty plates still in front of us.

The restroom was dirtier than at a gas station, which was shocking.

We visited this place two years ago and had a wonderful experience — the décor is beautiful, and the food is excellent. Unfortunately, after last night’s visit, we probably won’t be coming back. There are plenty of equally good restaurants in the area with much...

Very beautiful location, good food and our waitress was super friendly and caring. Thank you for that!

But unfortunately something bad happened in the end. One of the waiters (may the chef of them. He was in his 50s or something) gave my 20 year old cousin a card with his private phone number on it. This is not just unprofessional, it’s absolutely a No Go! We all (8pax) left the restaurant with uncomfortable feelings.
