A very arrogant owner who doesn’t allow single diner into his restaurant. The facts: on the 25th July at 13h10, I stepped in into Restaurant Quarantuno. This was on a rainy day with one table occupied inside and two outside, a waitress came to assist me but when the owner heard that I requested a table for one person, he immediately came to me and said “I have no table” in a very insulting way.

Reading the comments for this restaurant, this is not the first time that the owner is acting in such a discriminate way.

Ristorante Quarantuno is my favorite restaurant in Pietrasanta. We’ve been coming to eat here since 2016. The food is consistently brilliant and I have happily been working my way through their changing menu and specials with my wife and other members of our family. The owners, Vera & Stefano and their staff are top notch and always take very good care of us, sometimes squeezing us in when they are crowded on a weekend and we’d forgotten to make reservations.
