AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Sunday afternoon, the place was empty and we chose to sit for a quick refreshment, as it was near the room we were staying in. After we ordered, the waitress came and asked us to move to the tables on the opposite side, as the tables we initially sat were only for dining. After 5 minutes a group of 3 people sat at the table (which was supposed to be for dining) and ordered 3 refreshments (ice tea, coffee and water). When I went to pay the bill, I told the personnel that it is not polite to move the customers to another table with the excuse that we didn't order anything to eat, and just some minutes later to let other people stay at the same table. One lady of the service even raised her voice, telling me that those tables are only for dining, and I explained again that this was not the case, and it's nice to treat all the customers the same way (the others were Italian but we were not). Last but not least, we had the most expensive aperol spritz so far in Tuscany (8 euros), half of which was only water. And in addition, they forgot to bring 2 bottles of water that we ordered. ACHTUNG TOURISTEN WERDEN ABGEZOCKT!!!! Wir haben uns in der Theke die Sandwiches und Focacchia angesehen. Von der Kellnerin wurden wir regelrecht zum Tisch geschoben, man wollte unbedingt, dass wir bleiben und essen. Wir bestellten dann ein Baguette mit Schinken und Ruccula und ein Foccachia mit Tomate, Mozzarella und Salami. Das Baguette war unfassbar trocken, kaum essbar. Die Foccachia auch schlecht, nicht mal richtig knusprig gegrillt und kalt. Dazu nahmen wir eine Coke und ein Glas Rosewein. Am Ende haben wir für dieses wirklich schlechte Essen, eigentlich müsste man Snack sagen, unfassbare 33 Euro bezahlt! 😡 Vorher hat man uns keine Preise genannt, auch keine Speisekarte gegeben. Jetzt wissen wir warum. Ahnungslose Touristen werden hier gnadenlos ausgenommen, wie eine Weihnachtsgans! Bloß nicht von den Mitarbeiterinnen zum Bleiben überreden lassen!!!...
