Best wine cellar & tasting in Montepulciano, by far. Intimate setting, attentive & friendly staff, beautiful wines - the team at Crociani made us feel so welcome and special when we visited for my Dad’s 70th birthday present. A must visit when in Montepulciano, much better than other busier cantinas where you are one of many tourists, with little special care and attention taken of you. Stopped in spontaneously for a wine tasting and got way more than we were expecting. We were able to try 8 different wines, olive oil and even got some bread and salami, as well as a really enthusiastic and passionate tasting guide. On top of that, their wine was the best we tried in all of the cantinas that we went into and the cheapest. A large group of ten were catered for in a great way. The starter came out quickly as did the pasta course, the steaks were extremely well cooked and simply the best price we had on our entire stay in Tuscany. The wine was well priced, the view spectacular and we felt away from the main hustle of tourists.
