The gelato masterclass with Nicola was very interesting. We made our own gelato from peach to sorbet and it was just delicious! Our daughter was never into vanilla ice cream, yet the vanilla gelato we made here, she loooved. Nicola and his team only use highest quality products, and that is something you taste. The pistachio was the best I ever ate. The one with caramel was so good. The chocolate very deep and intense (yet I learned not to stick to my fave chocolate all the time because there is really a whole world of splendid tastes they make 😋)....
Read moreWe have been in Italy for almost three weeks, had gelato almost everyday and this is the hands down best gelato ever. Just a simple vanilla gelato is so pure and fresh. Chef Nicola who owns the place did a gelato workshop with us and he is so patient with the kids. He added Inulin as the binder and inulin is very good for the gut. All his ingredients are fresh and real, nothing artificial. We saw the milk he used to make the gelato and it’s so thick and creamy. It truly is a beautiful experience from beginning to end especially when eating with a cone. The founder, Nikola Sgarbi is a very friendly and kind man. Was such a pleasure to run into him on my second visit there. I must admit I fangirled quite hard, bit I am just in awe of the mind behind these life changing (no joke) gelatos....
