BEST DESERTS I’VE EVER HAD! You cannot miss this restaurant. It is family ran with amazing dishes (meats and pasta), wines, coffee, and deserts. The service was impeccable, since Marco (the owners son) attended us personally and guided us during the entire dinner recommending the best meals. The ambience is BEAUTIFUL, keeping the original structure of an old olive oil factory, but with modern touches and lightning that make your meal perfectly comfortable. The place was clean and romantic, and is perfect for any occasion. Also keep in mind that the little town is unmissable, the streets are typical Tuscan decorated that make you feel like in a movie. The food portions and prices were similar you get in a Michelin star restaurant, thes try to mimic them, however, they lack the knowledge. I can normally appreciate if a food portion is so small that you leave the restaurant hungry, but then, I am expecting a culinary experience. Here however, the food was really badly prepared, no much taste of anything. That’s the experience based on two meals. But it also tell a lot, that when at another table someone asked for beer instead of wine they served the beer in the same wine glass which was prepared upfront on the table. Arrogant and average!

They don’t know how to prepare steak tartare, it’s machine processed rather than hand cut, it has no preparation whatsoever just raw over processed meat with truffle, sorry guys that’s not gonna fly. They are too arrogant to admit it and insist on charging half However The pici truffle was good

Their service and attitude is shameful, even the best chefs create dishes that don’t work but these guys are too full of themselves to admit it.
