We were staying at the Hotel Piave, and the Baishakhi Restaurant was just few minutes walking distance. We went to this restaurant on the 25 December 2017, we ordered Chicken Tikka Masala with Nan. When the food came to our table, we were very, very impressed with the quality and the quantity of the Chicken Tikka Masala which was served. It was the very first time we ever tried from a Bangladeshi Restaurant. The Chicken Tikka Masala was very, very piping hot and we were very impressed and also the chicken cubes were very, very clean. The owner & his wife were very nice couple and very welcoming, we were just very impressed with the kind of service they gave us, and on the following evening on the 26 December 2017 before we left we had Chilli Chicken with Nan again. Ordered few dishes but those were not fully Indian style.. like paratha.. it was maida made and baked one.. not made using oil.. but menu is comparable cheap in price and somewhat solves the purpose.. it’s not very near to bus station and train station but walkable distance .. They have indoor sitting with basic ambience so you can just grab something quickly and leave the place .. takeaway facility available .. Thanks...
