Bar Primavera — Restaurant in Venice

We went there with one friend to use the toilet (the only public one on the island is closed and we only had a few minutes before the ferry leaving). We are polite, so we ordered a coffee to in a way make up for the use of their facilities (as is customary in most civilised places). When my friend tried to go in after me, the staff began shouting at us and saying "one coffee - one toilet" and were generally very rude. When I offered to pay for the toilet, they said "no, you don't pay for the toilet here". Well, apparently you do! Do they realize there is no difference? They chased us out and were very unpleasant. The coffee was very bad, by the way. Steer clear of that...

Even 1 star is way to much for this hideous place! The service is extremely poor. The quality of coffee and food is so low that it can be considered as dangerous for health. The personal very rude! Be careful if you want to use their restroom they have strange rules that are literally against humanity. Don’t try even talk the personal they are unethical and can be aggressive! The person who serves on the bar has completely ruined the impression of this beautiful island. She should not allowed to work with people at all, and the place...

The old woman working there was extremely unfriedly. We bought ice cream and we wanted to use the washroom after we finished the ice cream. We asked another lady before, she said it's no problem to use the washroom. When we wanted to enter the bar, the old woman stood in front of the door and asked what we want.
