1st. At arrival around 20:30 the place 70% occupied, person at the entrance leading us to the darkest corner where our visibility would be close to 0 thinking about waiters.

No confirmation asked wether it suitable for us.

After quick look around helping ourselves to an empty table with better visibility.

2nd English language is still an issue...

3rd after waitress arrives with English communication skills, takes the order... Just not what I ordered,

No confirmation of the order in the end....

4th Incorrect food served..... Note to the waitress.... It is not what I ordered

Goes back to the kitchen... 5-10 min pass

Comes the ordered items pulled ribs burger

And it goes back at once...

Waitress, head waiter, floor manager discussing the situation on their mothertongue.... Which is more or less OK BUT NOT A BEEP to the Customer what are they doing to rectify the situation....

The problem is the Qty of the meat inside is less than 5% of the weight of the burger.... Comes back within 5 mi. with max 10% meat content with the wording this is standard.....

I had a fantastic dining experience with my partner at Old Wild West fast food restaurant today. We loved their food, especially the burgers, and have dined here several times before. This time, we tried their mixed meat with vegetables dish, which was delicious. What sets this restaurant apart from others, especially considering its high customer volume, is the incredibly fast service and the efficiency of its staff. I have rarely seen such professional, polite, and swift service. From placing the order to the arrival of the food at our table, everything was exceptionally quick and flawless. I congratulate all the staff for their outstanding organization, speed, and error-free work.

Additionally, the restaurant has a wonderful decor reminiscent of the Wild West era. The attention to detail in the decor is impressive, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere.
