This pizza joint in a mall was recommended by my hotel reception. I saw two big pizza ovens, which seemed to signal that they were serious with their pizza. I ordered Podomoro pizza, which came with cheese and pork cheek bits. I wish there were more pork in the pizza, but the cheese alone was enough to carry the dish, while the pork provided salty contrast. The dough was thin and chewy without being too tough. I had doubt of finishing the pizza, and surprised myself when I finally did it. We also ordered a pasta dish, which was okay. If it were up to me, I'd stick with the pizza. The menus in the restaurant were all in Italian, but there was a QR code on each table that would show the digital menu with English language option.

I have recently visited the pizza place, Foot Court, located in the Nave de Vero shopping center near Venice multiple times, and I must say that their pizzas were excellent. Not only were they delicious, but the prices were also reasonable, providing me with a delightful dining experience. The individuals working in the kitchen displayed exceptional skills in pizza making, ensuring that the food was of high quality and freshness. The restaurant boasts an appealing decor, creating a pleasant and inviting ambiance. However, there is a minor downside concerning the behavior of the staff. The employees behind the counter and the waiters/waitresses often lack friendliness and courtesy. It is possible that this stems from the fact that the establishment may not hire highly professional staff members due to its affordable pricing strategy. Another point worth mentioning is that there is a DJ who plays music at the adjacent area of the pizza place on certain nights. The music selections tend to be outside the mainstream and can be quite loud. It should be noted, though, that this issue is not directly related to the pizza place itself and does not reflect on their overall quality. However, if someone prefers to enjoy their meal in a tranquil atmosphere, this pizza place may not be the ideal choice.

Sembra di stare nel bel mezzo del mercato di Napoli. Senza offesa ma ci tengo a spiegare la mia insoddisfazione: 1) I camerieri e il responsabile urlano continuamente per coordinarsi tra loro. Sembra di stare in un mercato di Napoli. La clientela , quando mangia, non vuole casino ma pace e tranquillità. Non è possibile sentire un baccano simile. È stressante e maleducato. 2) Il locale ha troppi tavoli. Siamo tutti appiccicati gli uni agli altri, non c’è discrezione, nè un minimo di privacy. Persino i camerieri fanno fatica a muoversi senza sbatterti addosso mentre mangi. È davvero fastidioso. Consiglio di mettere qualche tavolo in meno perché così è davvero impraticabile, sia per noi clienti che per chi ci lavora. 3) Non hanno un menú ricco di opzioni. Anche nel caso delle pizze, alcuni ingredienti (che trovi dappertutto) da loro non ci sono (tipo i porcini per esempio…). Spero lavoriate di più per migliorare questo aspetti. Rispondo alla risposta di Don Peppe sulla mia recensione: 1) Se i clienti hanno o no l’educazione di autoregolarsi nel volume della voce non potete comunque sentirvi autorizzati a dare il peggio di voi. Dovreste piuttosto dare il buon esempio invece di urlare più degli altri. Siamo in una pizzeria, non al mercato. 2) La legge potrà anche consentirvi di mettere tutti questi tavoli ma questo non significa che 1) sia cosa gradita per la clientela e 2) che dobbiate farlo “per forza” in quanto ogni tavolo non può distare dall’altro a malapena 20 cm. A questo punto fate una tavolata unica con le panche così mangiamo tutti insieme, no? Mi sembrerebbe più logico. La verità è che non siamo clienti ma “numeri”. 3) Anche gli ingredienti delle vostre pizze da menù non sempre sono di stagione. Come proponete pomodori, peperoni e melanzane in inverno potete proporre tutto il resto, anche i porcini, che sono altrettanto naturali come tutti gli altri ingredienti. Diciamo semplicemente e senza tanti fronzoli che “avete meno scelta di altre pizzerie”. Per contestare una recensione negativa è necessario riportare motivazioni “al di sopra di ogni ragionevole dubbio” . Le vostre motivazioni sono piuttosto inconcrete. Buona giornata 🙋🏻♀️

Long , long time to wait the food and I order a risotto and was hard, wasn't well cooked, and no taste at all, they bring wrong my friends the order a pasta with potatoes, in the menu doesn't say there is bacon, she eat halal and she asked to do it just without bacon and they just offered pasta with tomato, and when the pasta arrived after long time too it was to hard and stuck together, and after pay they charged us 2 euros each just for seat. The waiters wasn't kind and we just wanted to get out and I hope they don't throw anymore trash where they cooked the pizza.

Non è davvero semplice trovare all’interno di un centro commerciale così vasto un locale che non sfigurerebbe certo, per atmosfera e per carattere, in un qualsiasi contesto “indipendente” cittadino. Don Peppe è una vera pizzeria, non un posto dove trovare gli stessi identici sapori da Londra a Atene o da Aosta a Sassari. Pizzeria di chiara impostazione napoletana (d’altra parte la pizza per noi può avere solo quel cornicione), con poche scelte in menù. Poco spazio viene dato alle altre opzioni dell’offerta, ma, sopratutto i primi, sono abbondanti e ben realizzati. Molto buono e leggero l’impasto (con un lievissimo e migliorabile retrogusto di bruciato), ottimi pomodoro e mozzarella, di qualità medio-alta le farciture. Servizio molto cordiale e simpatico, rigorosamente partenopeo doc. Ogni tanto pittoresco nei toni di voce un po’ più alti del normale, ma assolutamente in linea con il carattere del ristorante e non fastifioso. L’ambiente ovviamente risente del contesto (inutile pretendere privacy nell’area food di un megastore). Piccoli aspetti migliorabili: il menù cartaceo davvero datato (credo anche con proposte non più disponibili) e maggiore chiarezza sulla pizza del mese fuori menù, non sempre proposta dai camerieri. Prezzo assolutamente onesto e adeguato.

In un centro commerciale grande come nave de vero mi sembra impossibile che dalle ore 15 con il posto pieno di gente non si può più pranzare a meno che non sia il McDonald's perché tutti i punti ristoro hanno le cucine chiuse ....assurdo...meno male che c'è Don Peppe... ristorante napoletano....menu ristorante non vasto...ma semplice e ben strutturato...qualche antipasto qualche pasta e qualche secondo tutto diviso tra terra e mare....e buona scelta di pizze tipiche napoletane con bordo alto e grosso .....noi abbiamo mangiato tutto ristorante ma le pizze che uscivano negli altri tavoli a vista erano molto appetibili...da provare sicuramente la prossima volta...il personale che ci ha servito erano tutti gentili molto attenti e tranquilli ....c'era una buona armonia...il locale è ben tenuto e pulito ...il cibo buono ....una scala da 0 a 10 direi 7.50 abbondante....e prezzi onesti .....una pepata di cozze...due tagliate di Angus con rucola e grana ... un babà ....una bottiglia di acqua un bicchiere di vino ...pane e un caffè tot 58.50 euro direi che ci può stare !
