Good experience for me. Few months ago, I stopped by for a glass of whiskey and I thought everything was great. So this time I stopped for gelato. Gelato was good. I like it more creamier but still good enough for me. Also the scoops were big in my opinion so that's a plus. Additionally, chocolate sprinkle was a nice finishing touch. €3 for two scoops is decent consider the portion. Worth visiting if you are in downtown and looking for a gelato break.

La qualità delle granite è paragonabile a quella dei venditori ambulanti che fanno le grattachecche sulla spiaggia. Nel mese di maggio è possibile fare la granita alla fragola con lo sciroppo? Tra l'altro pessimo. Se si vuole fornire una qualità dei prodotti scadente, non bisogna poi avere dei prezzi proibitivi... 3,5€ per una granita del genere è ILLEGALE. Per non parlare della maleducazione e scontrosità delle dipendenti. Dopo aver chiesto di poter utilizzare il bagno, mi ha guardato come se le avessi chiesto di pagarmi una cena da Cannavacciuolo. Ovviamente la sua risposta è stata "No! Il bagno è guasto". Sarebbe opportuno valorizzare coloro che mettono amore e passione nel loro lavoro e nella cura del cliente e lasciare a casa queste persone!

Perfect place to get a cup of coffee and an amazing cornetto. One of the best cornetto I have ever tried in Vicenza. There are a lot of tastes of tea and hot chocolate. Great place to spend time in cold seasons. Pricing is nice, too.

Stopped here for lunch, prices werent bad but the quality was lacking. Ordered pasta but it was cold in the middle as was microwave heated. Aperol spritz tasted like diluted aperol with no prosecco in it. Asked to remake but was still tasting the same. Paid full price for everything ordered but didnt eat or drink any of it. Servizio cortese ed ambiente piuttosto carino (n.b. non abbiamo visto i bagni). Abbiamo preso 2 coppette da 3 gusti; costo per ciascuna coppetta 4,5€ (+0,50€ per la panna montata). Nulla da dire per la panna, le macchine della Carpigiani sanno fare bene il loro dovere. I gusti assaggiati sono stati: pino pinguino pistacchio, variegato alla nutella, caramello salato. Non so come abbiano fatto a rovinare il pino pinguino che di base arriva dal fornitore già buono in quanto non richiede molta preparazione. In toto ci è sembrato di mangiare acqua ghiacciata, giuro, non abbiamo mai assaggiato un gelato così insapore. Probabilmente il prodotto è stato mantenuto a temperature troppo diverse troppo di frequente ed ha perso molto dal punto di vista qualitativo.
