Restaurant opens at 19.00 unlike what it says on google.
Having mixed feelings whether to give 5 4 3 stars.
Soup and pasta dishes were excellent, especially the pasta with fillet — which was the best dish for us. Steaks (Tagliata and fillet) were great as well — very tender fillet and cooked medium to perfection. We also had the mixed fries/fired dishes to share which was excellent and good value for money (12 euros). Lovely carbonara with truffle. Good value for the food quality overall.
Service was quite chaotic, though. Waiters were generally friendly, but management system and training probably needs improvement. We received wrong dishes, lost orders (our waiter was quick to get the dish out quickly once we know the kitchen lost the order), and a bit strange wine service — tasting glass got filled first, followed by others at the waiter’s convenience. Soups didnt come with spoons and took us a while asking different waiters to get them.
Payment seemed to have a problem at the time, the boss/manager/owner was at the register himself managing all payments with long queues, while yelling at his staff at times. It seems like normally the bill can be settled at the table, though.

Update: Definitely better experience. (Giving four stars) Good food and good service. Thought the meat had a tad too much fat but tasted great. Good risotto but the pasta's portion was smaller than I expected. Overall, better experience than before.
Ok place. FOOD: pasta was ok, but the appetizers were fantastic.I ordered green pepper stuffed with cheese and arancini. And the beer was nice and cold. I recommend the beer and appetizers but try something else for main dish. PRICE: a little pricey but not unreasonable. SERVICE: Disappointed with the service. We were literally ignored for 15 minutes before even taking our drinking order. After waving for service three times someone finally came to our table. And then they tried to charge extra beer. I only had one beer but they charged for two. They did not show me the receipt but luckily my friend saw it on the screen. When I asked about it, they looked annoyed. I guess they thought I would just pay for the beer I didn't order. OVERALL: I know this place is popular and food are good. But the service I received this time probably will keep me out...

And my husband had the avocado burger that is also a 3. but a whole avocado in one sitting is a bit too much avocado for anyone. The second time we went my husband had the gnocchi with carrot purée. It was beyond bland and gummy. I had a steak with chimmichurri sauce. I asked for medium rare and it was too rare for my taste. The steak itself was tender but very oddly dry on the outside. Zero seasoning. The chimmichurri sauce was mostly olive oil and completely lacking the bright flavor punch if a good chimmichurri. We shared the mixed vegetable side.
