Sushiya — Restaurant in Vieste

The miso soup and wakame were good. But their tempura uses a strange breading, giving it an entirely different taste than the usual. The ramen was also extremely different from what I normally expect. They have a lot of cuisines other than japanese food, such as thai fried rice or sweet and sour chicken. They also served us someone else's dish once. I find that they cook these dishes much better than their japanese ones. Would be much better for the restaurant to change their category to something matching their menu more. Overall, it's not amazing, but compared to the other asian food choices in italy, it's the best in the area.

Also, I noticed that their dog was chained to the wall for long periods of time (my companions wanted to go back more than once, so we saw it at different time intervals) and was slapped by the owner when it misbehaved. I'm not really a dog person,...

Imbarazzante. Prenoto chiedendo un tavolo all’aperto, accettano la prenotazione, quando mi presento gli comunico che ho prenotato e mi chiedono dentro o all’aperto?? Gli dico all’aperto e prontamente mi rispondono: “però fuori non ho più posto” Allora cosa me lo domandi a fare genio?!? Già dall’ intro capisco che sarà una serata lunga. I tablet sono solo in alcuni tavoli, per ordinare devi farti notare altrimenti rischi di aspettare a lungo, una volta ordinato devi aspettare altri 15-20 minuti per farti arrivare qualche piatto. Arrivano i piatti, alcuni piatti cinesi non sono neanche male, il manzo bambù e funghi buono, gli spaghetti saltati anche… Poi arriva il giapponese, sushi immangiabile, il riso era sbagliato, pesce sgradevole… A fine serata i camerieri vengono in sala a chiedere cosa manca (dovresti già saperlo li ho ordinati) e a “contrattare” sul cosa fare uscire e su cosa no… Inoltre i muri bianchi sono completamenti sporchi con strisciate di nero ovunque e anche sul passante delle scale per andare in bagno intonacato ma completamente nero fa passare la fame, sarebbe meglio coprire con qualche battuta in legno. Insomma esperienza pessima a prezzi a dir poco esorbitanti. 27€ un menu “all you can eat” è il prezzo più alto mai visto finora e con la mia ragazza ne abbiamo girati tanti e in tantissime città. Sconsigliatissimo, piuttosto fatevi una pizza nei tanti...

“All you can eat” is more like “all you can scam”since I’ve been waiting for my rolls for almost 2 hours, i thought the food would come consecutively on how I ordered it but no , some food came and some food didn’t. Also only the salmon was ok , the other fish didn’t taste fresh. I asked after 2 hours that my some of my all you can eat orders didn’t come and after a few minutes it came and the sushi was mushy and lacking...
