Salty soya ramen!! But taste acceptable .. add a some clear soup that the shop provide for free..

Free also as follow Pickle, free rice to go along with your soup after you finish the noodle..cold water.

昼食で伺いました。店に隣接する駐車場はほぼ満車で、入店した際には既に10人程のお客さんがいらっしゃいました。店内は厨房の反対の壁側にカウンターで10席程、テーブルと小上がりが数卓ずつと、ラーメン店のキャパとしては大きいと思います。 注文は券売機で、初見でしたが券売機横にラーメンの写真もあり、親切だと感じました。 本日は、お店オススメの『超やばいラーメン』大盛りをいただきました。 カウンター席に着席した後にメニューに書いてあるラーメンの説明を読みましたが、注文した『超やばいラーメン』は先代店主がまかない的に作って食べていたようで、やみつきになる味との事で、期待が高まります。 10分程で提供されたました。スープは見た目以上に煮干し感が強く、あと引く感じです。味も濃い目で二郎系並に背脂も載っていましたが、このラーメンのウリである大根おろしが、スープの濃さ、脂っぽさをうまく中和し、とても美味しくなってます。麺も中太でスープにも良く絡みあっという間に完食しちゃいました。超やばいは誇張し過ぎですが、か...

【2025年6月再訪】 期間限定のぶっかけもやしそばを頂戴したが、あいかわらずのしょっぱさ(笑) セルフの出汁で味調整が必要。 もやしがボリューミーでとても食べ応えあった。 【2025年2月再訪】 汁なし油そばが1年前に比べて全体的なボリュームが減っていた。これも昨今の物価高騰の影響なのか(泣) 【店舗移転後】 駐車場は店舗の横の敷地に１０台ほど停められる。注文は店舗入口入ってすぐの券売機で行うのだが、大きい札は入らないが両替してくれるので問題ないです。 個人的には賄いからメニュー化の「超ヤバイラーメン」と「汁なし油そば」が美味しくて好き。つけ麺はセットでライスが付いてくるのでお得感あり。 佃時代と変わらずメンマ無料で食べられます。またメンマの横に出汁スープもあり、これもセルフサービスで汲み放題。つけ麺や油そばの味が濃い場合は出汁スープで薄めて調整できるので良い。 【店舗移転前・佃時代】 麺のコシも含めると個人的には青森で１番美味しいと思う。昼は混むけど、注文を先にして車で待機して携帯で呼んでくれるサービスがあるので、実質待つ事はないです。駐車場はつぶれたパチンコ屋に停められるのでめっちゃ広いです。
