Uodokoro Ichie — Restaurant in Aomori

Our very best dinning in Aomori.

We made a reservation ahead of time and got the counter seat. Normally we wouldn’t like counter seating but it’s a popular restaurant. There was a queue outside while we were going in.

We normally didn’t like counter seating because some sushi chef are a bit serious to talk to and it’s a bit awkward to sit in front of them. But the sushi master here is the nicest person we have ever met. He recommended us some nice dishes and were all absolutely delicious. Sitting at the counter allowed us to watch his work, and talking to him.

The bill wasn’t even as expensive as we expected. I’m wishing to back again very soon.

Atmosphere is lovely! If you want to feel yourself as a part of friendly Japan society you can do it here! Exception attitude!We loved everything about food, about sheff's jokes, conversation. We made a reservation one day in advance because it was all booked first time we came. So when we were there, they were waiting for us, prepared a table near the bar so we can feel ourselves little bit special :) Nice people were seating next to us, so we even swapped Instagram pages while we finished our meal. Highly recommended! Place with a soul 🇯🇵🥰...

カウンター前の親方🧓が、来店客のオーダーや会話に、すぐに気が付くのは見れば判りますが、何処かに、もうイイかな⁉️みたいな＜諦め感＞が見え隠れするのが、何処か寂しそうな気がしていました。

カウンター越しに、親方🧓にアラカルト注文していて少しずつ会話が始まると、やはりと言うか、当然至極に彼の人生は、成功あり失敗ありの、有為転変な激しい移り変わりを生き抜いて来た大御所でした。

この先の内容については、ご本人がお客様に話したければ話しますし、気に入らなければ、間違いなく語らない内容だと思います‼️。

僕も負けず劣らず厳しい人生を歩いて来たので、気があったのか、根掘り葉掘り聞くともなく、話すともなく、会話が成り立って、楽しい😆💕✨時間があっという間に過ぎて行きました。
