As a first time foreign tourist in Asahikawa, I popped into this restaurant at the fourth level of Aeon Mall for dinner this evening, and I was not disappointed. I ordered a Tokachi Grilled Pork Rice Bowl with Hokkaido broth and coarse yam, a bowl of salad, a bowl of potato salad and a draught Kirin Beer. 典型的なショッピングモール内の和風レストランの一つ。十勝豚の料理をメインとしており、濃い味のタレをたっぷり浸した豚丼を堪能できます。付け合わせの御惣菜はセルフサービスですが自由に盛り付けられます。 北海道の定番料理を楽しめるレストランと言うこともあり、海外からの観光客も多く利用します。見たところ外国語メニューはなさそうですが、スタッフが英語で対応していましたので英語での注文には特に不自由はなさそうです。 給仕のスピード、サービスの質、盛り付け等は可も無く不可も無く。至って普通のレストランそのものですが、昼食もしくは夕食時に迷った時に利用するといいかもしれません。

One of typical Japanese restaurants in shopping mall. The main focus is on Tokachi pork dishes, and you can enjoy the pork rice bowl with plenty of thick sauce. The side dishes are self-service, but can be arranged as you wish. Since this is a restaurant where you can enjoy the classic cuisine of Hokkaido, it is also frequented by many foreign tourists. From what I saw, there doesn't seem to be a foreign language menu, but the staff was able to speak English, so ordering in English doesn't seem to be a problem.
