Upon ordering the sushi, I noticed that the sushi rolls were falling apart, which is not typically the standard I've come to expect from a restaurant of your repute. Additionally, the uni (sea urchin) sashimi was not fresh, which greatly impacted the taste and overall enjoyment of the meal.
