※With 5★ as the highest rating 【Overall】★★★★★ Having tried out all the menus in this restaurant, I have to give my highest compliments to the chefs since everything here tastes good. In short you will not be disappointed by anything here at all. My favorite dish here is Tsuketan since little or no shops around this area can make this high quality of tsukemen like this place
【Food】★★★★★ Menu: Tsuketan Price: 950 Tsuketan soup is really rich and delicious. The noodle is chewy and seems to be made instore. There is a nice amount of flavorful meat to accompany your soup bowl. Other menus are also delicious as well but somehow I always ended up choosing Tsuketan everytime. The store also offers dashi stock for your soup. In short, 10/10 and would come back again for the taste.
Menu: Kaitarou Price: 870 Kaitarou soup is for people who enjoy their soup light and flavorful. You can both smell and taste the strong flavor of shellfish. It is as if you are having a flavorful but really fine, light taste of the ocean lol. You will understand what I mean after trying this soup. The noodle seems to be made in store as well.
Menu: Yukihime Price: 850 The soup is really creamy and flavorful. This and Kaitarou seems to be one of the first menus of the shop. I really recommend having the soup on its own, and try some condiments with it as well (the yuzukosho, curry powder and black pepper). The soup transforms into something real different every time with different condiments in, so it’s as if you can enjoy different soup taste with just one bowl.
【Price】★★★★★ Price is really reasonable and is around 1000 en for most of the dishes. It’s quite similar to how a normal Ramen shop would put a price tag on its food.
【Operation】★★★★★ Shop owner always greets the guests well. You might need to line up a bit but since people tend to eat fast, it’s not that long until you can be seated in the store. There is parking...
Read moreWe came here in mid June 2024. If you drive, there are 4 or 5 parking lots behind the restaurant. The orders are done through the self order kiosk and will require cash. No options for credit card. We ordered the foamy cream chicken ramen and the clear soup ramen. The foamy ramen is flavorful and the chicken taste really tender and succulent. The clear soup version is light and you can taste the real flavors of the ingredients. Overall, the food is good and it’s not the regular ramen that you get often. The restaurant is modern and spacious, unlike the traditional Japanese ramen shop setting. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service was fast...
Read moreThis is a very unique spin on ramen. The bowl was served with a cappuccino like froth to it. The broth was light and thinner than traditional ramen. The thin sliced chicken and ham were delicious. They bowl came with the protein in it, and they also gave is each 2 extra slices of each meat l served on a plate to the side. I could taste the chicken in my broth. I rather enjoyed it. My son preferred a more traditional ramen so he only gave it an average review. To each his...
