Shiya Coffee — Restaurant in Beppu

We drove to this cafe at the recommendation of a friend who came here a few months and strongly recommend that I should try their coffee. Indeed the coffee is really good! I ordered the hot latte which is well balanced with aromatic, creamy undertones. The breakfast is great too! We ordered the ham croissant, honey toast and French toast w ham. The best coffee we have had in Japan and we have been to many places. The french toast is delicious and the croissant sandwiches. Our whole family enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The cafe is beautifully decorated in white and has fine details like mini gardens outside where there is room for a few cars. They even have a to-go machine if you want to get something additional. And, you can eat in or take out. We recommend enjoying the environment and eating in and the staff are extremely kind...
