Kisoji Chibaten — Restaurant in Chiba

My family and I had an authentic Japanese Shabu-shabu Sukiyaki experience in this restaurant. We ordered the beef set that comprises an appetizer, the main hot pot set, udon + rice cake and dessert. The highlight of the appetizer was the puffer fish. It was prepared in 2 ways — kaarage style and raw. Next was the beef hotpot set and the waitress gracefully cooked the beef slices for us individually.

We went all the way from Chiba station and arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 pm. First the owner told us that the last order was already at 8:30 pm but actually it’s at 9:30 pm.
