It is pretty delicious ラーメン, I like it since my first time vstiting Japan. Now it has its own App that you can collect the points, and you can have a free kid size ラーメン for your kid. They will setup the children chair for you if you bring your kid here. We really enjoy it. 千葉県千葉市中央区出洲港1丁目にある、美味しい九州豚骨ラーメンを提供する、大行列人気チェーン店。 昼食夕食時間帯以外でも多くの人が来店。

国道357号線を木更津から千葉市に向かい、寒川大橋を渡り250m程進んだ左手にあります。

駐車場は店の左右に29台分。入口は店の先交差点を左折し、すぐにあります。国産側からは入れません。

満車の場合は、提携駐車場の国道をさらに170m進んだ先にあるリパーク利用可能。駐車利用証明精算機で発行し、店員さんに提示で1時間無料券頂けます。

営業時間は24時間営業。 年中無休。

混雑時は、店入口の券売機で食券を購入し、店員さんの指示で中待ちに。中待ち満席の場合はQRコードが印字された整理券を受け取り、周辺か車内で待機。スマホカメラで順番確認し入店画面表示されたら店内に。LINEかメール呼び出し設定も可能。

中待ちでオーダー用紙に味の濃さ、こってり度、にんにく、ネギ、チャーシュー有無、赤い秘伝のタレ有無、麺の硬さを選択し席まで持参。

店内はカウンターのみの40席。少し薄暗く落ち着いた雰囲気。一人一人仕切られた、味集中カウンター。店員さんと顔を合わせる事はありません。おしぼりや水はセルフ。 店員さんの接客も丁寧。

席に着いたらオーダー用紙と食券を店員さんに渡します。

今日はラーメンと替え玉をこってり、ニンニク少々、赤い秘伝のタレ無し、麺かためでオーダー。

スープは100%豚骨から抽出。臭みや雑味は無く、旨味だけが抽出され、クリーミーでとてもまろやか。完成度の高いスープ。とても美味しい。レンゲが止まりません。

麺は自家工場製の細ストレート麺。喉越しが良く、スープと絡みとても美味しい。 替玉は先の注文と同じ茹で加減で提供。半分位食べ進めたところで、呼び出しボタンを押しオーダー。ラーメンスープに投入前に、そのまま出汁と良く混ぜて食べると、小麦の風味をさらに楽しめます。

トッピングはしっかり味付けされた肩ロースのチャーシュー2枚にわけぎネギ。シンプル。 完飲完食、最後まで美味しくいただきました。...
