The signature Grilled Corn Ramen was a mixed bag. While the presentation was solid and the bowl looked appetizing, the corn lacked the sweetness I expected, especially since it’s their signature. The soup itself was quite salty and overpowering, masking some of the other flavors. The noodles were nice and had a good texture, but the overall balance wasn’t quite there for me.

It’s a tourist place for those who haven’t had real miso ramen.
Be careful for the queue as I was mislead and thought that was for the ramen dojo (but it’s not!)
Just about every other ramen shop is better than this clown.
