You would not miss this restaurant if you arrive at Chitose Airport Domestic Terminal. Was glad to see an outlet here. The menu was similar to the ones at the Tokyo outlets.

The service was great as usual. We felt welcome as the staff provided an English menu without us asking. Appreciate the lady staff using English to explain the menu to us.

Affordable, filling, fast, delicious. If you're looking for places to eat at New Chitose airport that is simple and good do check out this place.

Giving a 5* simply because it's a great find for a quick bite before or after your flight and consistent with the outlets in Tokyo.

Cons: limited beer selection, not 5* restaurant tempura, slightly cramped seating.

Pros: Still superb tempura and at a solid price especially in an airport. Fast service, free flow iced tea.

Pro tip: it's located on the 1st floor near the domestic arrivals. Take the escalator down you'll see it opposite...

The 大海老 (650yen) is a joke. I think it's very small so order another 海老(240 yen) , they look exactly the same (and taste the same).

Staff insist that's how it is, I'm not sure how to explain it when I put both prawn side by side.
