The staff are wonderfully welcoming and attentive. They serve with a smile and look really happy to be of service to customers. The table, utensils, the menu (electronic and physical) is intuitive and easy to navigate. Making reservations is easy and is recommended. The food quality is very good. The price could’ve been improved by incorporating the all-you-can-drink option to the course meals instead of having to pay a separate fee for the drink bar. 2024/11 週末、夜のピークを少し越えた20:30過ぎ頃に伺いました。 食べ放題コースで頼んだのですが、2回目に頼んだお肉、ドリンクが15分ほど出てこず、その間何も食べれなく待っていました。 お肉がやっときたと思ったら、男性店員さんの親指が配膳時にしっかりお肉についてしまっていて、めちゃくちゃ引いてしまいました。提供時に何も思わなかったのだろうか、、、。衛生的にさすがに宜しくないので、今後は徹底教育をお願いしたいです。あと一言、お待たせしました、くらいの言葉は正直欲しかったです。申し訳ありませんが、小生少しイラッとしてしまいました。オーダー伝票を見たときに、卓からのオーダー時間は分かるはずです。

ところで茶碗蒸しは本当にいつ食べても美味しいです！その他、ほとんどの店員さんが接客が丁寧で素敵だと思います。
