Mamma Mia!!! What a surprise. Quality Italian food is here!!!!!! Of course, the menu arranged for what Japanese would like. The restaurant is located in interesting area(in a neighborhood) n limited structured parking space. It took a little time to understand set menu but the menu already looks yum. Al dente pasta with aged/sharp palmesan cheese brought our memory that the Italian chef's restrante. Antipasto asort had 6 of one bite size n liked wine selections. It's worth it to try. You would rarely find Italian restaurant like this place. One big private room near ntrance n tables for small group then 2 patio tables. Unfriendly wheelchair or stollers due to minimum space n stairs. No diaper table in a bathroom. One thing that I did not like was, they told us to wait in the car when we were sitting at entrance hallway while no body waiting except us. Besides during hott summer... we came because of its high ratings. we came with a group of 7 they weren't very welcoming because first they told us that we could only pay in cash after that each person would have to order a meal and a drink . once we sat down they came again and sed to us we could only have 3 pizzas for all of us so once the food came the presentation was quite nice but the food was very average for a well known restaurant especially the pizza for ¥2300 for one that was only 8inches. it didn't make it any better that the place was quite old. in the end for 2 pastas 3 pizzas and 2 salads 2potato chips it was close to 20k not coming again it was just...

Found this Italian gem in Kawaguchiko using Google Maps. Limited parking in front and cozy atmosphere inside. We were told that we HAD to order drinks which is a bit strange but not an issue. They recommended a local grape juice that is rich it’s like wine without alcohol. 👍🏼

Menu was presented in written Japanese so Google translate had a little trouble deciphering. But we managed to order prosciutto pizza and spaghetti. The squid pasta was the highlight, really nice with the squid cooked just nice and pasta was al dente.
