Koguma — Restaurant in Fujisawa

Unreal! So very delicious! And very special! Milk ramen?! I never thought ramen would taste good in milk but the milk broth was extremely delicious!

There isn’t a huge selection on the menu, with only a few types of ramen to choose from, but I think most people come here for the milk ramen. The price is unbelievably cheap, and the ramen tasted very delicious. The milk ramen has both milk and cream in the broth, so it tastes very unique! The garlic complimented the sweetness well, and I think it was a nice combination of sweetness and saltiness!

The restaurant is quite small and I can tell it’s probably an old family-run restaurant. I love the retro vibes - it’s quite different to what you’d experience most of the time in Tokyo!

One thing to note - the business hours are extremely short (usually 11am to 1pm), and there’s always a line outside. However, the line goes quite quickly so just stand in line for a bit! It’s worth it!

爺ちゃん＆おっちゃんで営んでいた・・・ 親子なのかな？

初来店の際→牛乳らーめんを注文（＾＾） ざっくりと言いますと・・・ 塩らーめんに牛乳を入れた 感じの味みたいな・・・（＾＾；） （本当にそうだったりして・・・（＾＾；）） （牛乳パック（１ℓ）の牛乳を入れてましたよー（＾＾）） （市販されてる牛乳っぽい感じでした・・・） まー！ 意外にイケるかな・・・みたいな（＾＾；）

2回目来店の際→塩らーめん まー！ 普通の昔ながらの塩らーめんかな ・・・みたいな（＾＾；）

また仕事で藤沢に行った際に行くかも？ 的ならーめん屋さんでした（＾＾；）
