Gyoza no Ohsho - Fujisawa Station — Restaurant in Fujisawa

Good food especially for this price. People say every Ohsho store tastes different - I can say this one tastes nice! It’s not fine food and it’s definitely not the best out there, but it’s decent (especially considering the price). The restaurant is a bit small and it seems to be quite popular in Fujisawa so be prepared to wait in line. Takeout is also available and that could save you some time.

ここは何時にきても他の王将に比べて提供時間に時間がかかります。その日の当たり外れが激しい。ある9月の来店時、1Fカウンターに1人。2Fはゼロ。オーダーしたら珍しく早く出てくるかなと炒飯と餃子のセットをオーダー。オーダーして10分後に餃子を今から焼くので15分待ちになりますと言われ、驚きながらOKを伝え待つ事20分。セットで出てきた餃子は既に冷えきっていて15分放置してたのかな？という感じ。炒飯はそれなりの暖かさ、唐揚げはアツアツと考えると提供時間の想像が簡単にできますが悲しくなりました。 最近はテイクアウトの客も多いので、僕がオーダーしてからテイクアウトのオーダーを受けてるのも聞こえましたが、30分待って出てきたのがコレかよーという感じでした。店舗のスキル差があるのは分かるけど精進して頂けたらと思います。

2022年10月6日追記 一週間前との比較を狙って来店。店内はほぼ満席状態。同じメニューをオーダー。15分立たないで提供される。餃子もアツアツだし炒飯も前回には全く感じられなかったネギ油の香りが凄い。塩分は少なめだけど香りで食べ切れてしまう美味しさ。一体一週間前はなんだったのか同じお店なのに...
