I recently visited this café and was quite disappointed with the service. We ordered just two cups of coffee and one pudding, but the wait time exceeded 30 minutes. When our order finally arrived, it was incorrect, with an extra item added to the bill. Due to time constraints, we chose not to ask for a refund, as we feared it would take even longer to resolve. Unfortunately, once we got back to our car, we realized that the ice cream that was supposed to come with the pudding was missing as well.

During our wait, we noticed other guests looking equally frustrated, while the staff seemed indifferent. They were chatting amongst themselves, laughing, and even stepping out to talk with friends while customers were left waiting. This level of inattentiveness is very disappointing, especially since I have never experienced such poor service in Japan before.

I believe the management needs to address these issues and improve both the service quality and staff professionalism to meet the standards one would expect...

As others have already mentioned there is a one drink per customer rule (and dessert doesn't count). That being said: the drinks themselves were good. Never seen a 'coke espresso' before and this was quite an impressionable beverage. The creme caramel pudding with vanilla ice cream is outstanding. When we visited it was quite busy and one of our drink orders went wrong. There are not many seats so even after ordering there is a separate...

I tried the brown sugar latte and the pudding with ice cream which was very very nice. Super smooth and creamy. But the coffee was just not good at all. It was very bland, not sweet, small, and tasted bitter, like it had been sitting in the fridge for a while (even though I watched them make it fresh). I was just not a...
