I've eaten here many times with my son. I will try not to come back here because of the staff attitude (just one waitress) but I'll do my best to give an honest review.
The food is ok - the ordering is done via touchscreen tablet, mostly. It's mainly steaks, hamburger steaks and sometimes chicken. It tastes nice enough. They don't serve enough vegetables (just one bland ice cold broccoli floret and that lonely cherry tomato choking hazard) but the dining sets are pretty flexible (you can add salad, soup, rice, a drink, or various combinations of those). The potato salad that comes with the sets is not great but honestly the rest of the food is fine.
Today ...I put my name down on the list (I'd advise you to use a Japanese name even if you aren't). I missed the first call (killing time at the shop next door), but saw they'd highlighted that I was still waiting, so (just to be visually clear) I wrote my name again and waited at the front because I wanted to just ask the staff a question - but whenever a staff member was nearby, they avoided making any eye contact or greeting or saying "please wait" or anything that could have been helpful. Then they called another couple off the waiting sofas behind me (even though my name was ahead and I also had a question for the staff member, who was literally standing right in front of me). My kid was pretty hungry by this stage and so I wrote my name with my Japanese husband's surname instead and after a while another couple was ushered to a table ahead of me (2 people, and I was also waiting for a table of 2) staff member came. I explained that my name was on the list 3 times but by that stage I was really annoyed; I decided to go to a restaurant on the ground floor that also serves pancakes and food and would hopefully not think that bad to possibly racist service is acceptable. Read moreマークイズの飲食店はいくつか行きましたが、接客の対応は断トツで1番悪かったです。 12月の土曜日、14時半頃に利用しましたが、ドームでイベントがあっていた為、かなりの混雑。1時間ほど待ちました。
案内された席に座り、タブレットで料理を注文します。その間に、ピッチャーのお水をドンッと無言で置いてくれた後に、カトラリーも無言で置いて行ってくれます。 配膳ロボットが料理を運んで来ましたが、違うテーブルの料理だったので近くにいたスタッフさんに声をかけました。客数に合わせてテーブルを離してセッティングする為、隣同士の間隔が狭い席へは、配膳ロボットが障害物と感知して料理を持ったまま停止してしまい、近くの席の人が自ら進んで取りましたが、自分の席の料理では無かったのでロボットに戻し、反対隣のテーブルの人が自分達の料理だと気づいて、取っていました。
お会計もレジの所に割引のポップがあったので、チケットの半券画面を見せた所、使えないと言われたので、マークイズのHPにも使えると書いていたので画面を見せようとしたところ、まぁーネット環境が悪くて表示されず時間がかかる。どうやら、ドームであるイベントの半券と勘違いされたようで、結局は使えた為PayPayで支払おうと思ったら残高不足だったので現金に変更をお願いしました。客の私には分かりませんが、変更をするのは手間がかかるのでしょうね、とても嫌な顔をされました。今度から残高には気をつけます。
忙しい時期で人員不足なのでしょうか?満席で待つのは仕方が無い事ですが、注文から会計まで不快の連続でした。猫の手になるはずの配膳ロボットも上手く活用出来ていないし、疲労のせいかスタッフさんは感情が態度に出ていますし。一緒に行った娘も「この店大丈夫?」って何度も言っていました。 これから年末年始で更に忙しくなると思いますので、頑張ってくださ...
