A local chef recommended me to come try their ramen. The most remarkable thing about this place is the value for money - ¥550 for a big bowl of ramen is a good price for the locals. No wonder I was surrounded by locals only, no tourists at all.
The next thing which impressed me was its simplicity: noodles, a few pieces of pork and many spring onions. That was it. The soup base had almost no MSGs or excessive flavours. Perhaps too plain one might say. I agree with others that the pork was too salty in comparison.
If this place was opened near to my hotel, I would go again for a bowl. Or else I don’t think I’m going to be back again - mainly because of its rather remote location and nothing else in the restaurant or the neighbourhood really...

Anyway just pick one and wait for the time, go inside and give the staff your ticket. They serve super fast. In this Super Bowl come with super salty pork. 😂 Noodles are chewy (good for me). Let’s the broth took the crown, lightly but strong. I ate them all 🫣
