Genkaimaru Tenjinten — Restaurant in Fukuoka

This is a very affordable sushi train restaurant, they have so many varieties of sushi, chef recommendations, daily menu, etc. In the touchscreen you can select English menu too, you can get free hot water and green tea. It's one of my favourite local restaurant near my office, people have very friendly and extremely fast service. The head fish soup is also very delicious and extremely nutritional, the location is very central and surrounded to many other restaurants, shops, etc. This is really good value...

Good price-performance ratio! The nigiri, gunkans and maki all tastes fresh and great. You can easily order with an iPad which is also available in English language. Service is prompt and friendly. It’s not the cheapest but fairly priced for the quality they offer.

I was surprised by the quality of the food. They offer a variety of soy sauces to pair with your sushi, allowing for a unique tasting experience.

We arrived just before closing, so some of the top sushi picks were sold out. However, everything else we tried was still delightful. Without checking prices, we ordered freely and were amazed when the bill came to only $130 HKD per person....
