Hakata Mitsubachi — Restaurant in Fukuoka

Wasn’t extremely unhappy with this service. Made reservations for a course birthday for 2 , was supposed to get priority seating, welcome drink and a with some food and a cake and a toast champagne. They couldn’t accommodate for my husbands allergies so they asked us to just pick a different food. Fair enough, but we did not get priority seating, we did not get any kind of drinks and they were going to charge 2400 for the birthday cake when the whole course is only 3500. Ok fine, but our service wasn’t good. The guy that was a waiter wasn’t good and did his job half way. We watched him clean a table and another waiter had to go behind him and clean it again. He would let our food just sit on the counter and other waiters would bring it over. They knew we had a dairy allergy and still brought out fries with cheese. They knew we had a fish allergy still brought vegetables with fish sauce and then tried to charge us! The service was slow and overpriced, the drinks were weak and...

We came here for drinks and desserts and were quite happy. I cant speak for the restaurant part but it seems that food presentation is really good here. Considering the delicious taste and how pretty both dessert and drinks are, you would think this place would be pricey. The price is quite decent. The ambiance is trendy/chic. I noticed disco balls, a pole, and what seems to be a DJ area by the bar. So I dont know if this place turns into a club/dancey type place late at night pre-covid? This place is perfect for birthday, anniversary, or celebrarions, or a date. This is also in front of the water, so if you get seated by the terrace area, you will have river views. Recommend making a reservation if you want to eat dinner here. We got lucky that they had seats by the bar, but we also arrived...

クリスマスなのでオシャレで美味しそうな所と、11月中旬にネット予約をしました。 しかしあまりにも酷く散々だったので書かせてください。

18:30から2名で予約完了しました。 予約日から8日後に突然店から電話が来ました。女性の方でした。「すみません、当日はお席がすでにいっぱいでして…」と言われ、頭の中は？？？でした。 予約したのになんで？と思いつつ「当日どの時間も空いてないんですか？」と聞いたら「少々お待ちください……あ、17:00なら空いてます！」と。こっちは1ヶ月以上前に空いてる時間を確認して予約したのに。。私達の予定を色々変更して早い時間のディナーを予約しました。

それ以上に、当日は本当に本当にガッカリしました。クリスマスだから忙しいのは承知していますが、あまりにも酷すぎました。 前置きですが、料理はすごく美味しかったです。文句なし。美味しいお料理をありがとうございました。
