What other people have said here about the two creepy old men in Penguin style vintage tuxedos is true. Their service is weird and makes you feel uncomfortable. This restaurant would have received a much higher rating if they hadn’t tried to cheat us with the wine list. Nearly every wine on the list was showing a reasonable price For the vintage that was supposed to be presented however, none of the vintages that they listed were available and had not been available for a number of years. Two of the wines were five years difference and they wanted to charge us the same price for newer,, much less important, wines. They didn’t bother mentioning any of this to us, and it was rather embarrassing trying to ask them what wines they actually do have and what the prices were. As we know, wines very well we caught their sneakiness right away, but other people who are on dates might not feel comfortable saying something about what they’re doing. Our suggestion is not to buy any of their wine bottles and stick to house wine by the glass. You would think they would make a list that is correct and not try to cheat the customer. Next, the kitchen staff were amazing and you can feel that they are trying the hardest, but the hall staff is not very talented. This restaurant is in a very nice house with an elegant front yard. We reserved a private room at extra cost. The room had a long table over a foot well. Seatbacks provided added comfort. The best part of the room is the sliding door looking into a beautiful garden. The soothing sound of running water provided a tranquil atmosphere. 年明ける前に初めて利用しました。 はっきりいって、非常に残念でした。 今回、ディナーで伺いました。 予約の順番とのことで、個室に案内されました。コロナ禍であるため、換気しているとのことでしたが、寒すぎでした。 膝掛けを用意されていましたが、耐えられず途中から着ていたコートを途中から肩にかけて、準備していた貼らないカイロを袋から開けて暖をとっても、凍えるほどでした。寒いことを想定して、事前に貼るカイロも2枚も貼っていたにも関わらずです。

換気を想定した上で、一度シミュレーションはしなかったのでしょうか。 暖気は上にいくので、座席～下は寒いばかりです。確かに席から立ったら、暖かさを感じました。配膳している分には気づかないと思います。しかしコース料理であるために時間もそれなりにかかると思います。ずっと座っていると冷気を感じ、ホットカーペットで耐えることが出来る寒さではありませんでした。 ストーブ置くなどあれば、変わったと思います。

お料理は美味しかったですが、寒すぎて本来もっと美味しいと思うものも、寒さに耐えるのに必死でした。本当に風邪を引くのではないかと思った2時間半弱でした。

料理の配膳人もコロコロと入れ替わり、説明も少なくお店のコンセプトがよくわかりませんでした。

個室で離れているのに呼び鈴もなく、コースのデザート終わった後も、お店の方が一向に来られないので、痺れをきらして直接お会計しに行きました。

美味しい料理も、温度、サービスでここまで満たされないと感じることを身にもって感じました。 今までホテルのディナーを利用することが多かったので、サービスの違いに落胆しました。

個人的にお手洗いの設備もいいとは感じませんでした。 壁掛けでもアロマや消臭ケアの物を置くべきだと思います。 使用しましたが、一つ前に利用された方の臭いがこもっており、不快でした。 私の次に入る方に不快思われるのが嫌だったので、中に置いてあったアルコール消毒をペーパーに染み込ませて2、3度流して対応しました。

また綿棒やコットン、爪楊枝を用意されてあるのにも関わらず、鏡がないのが衝撃的でした。何もないのであれば納得出来ますが、置いてあるのでしたら鏡はあった方がいいと思います。 あとは設備の問題になるので仕方がないですが、蛇口と洗う間隔が近すぎて手をあわせるのが大変でした。

表を綺麗にしてあるのだから、利用する内側にもお金をかけた方が清潔感が出て良いと思います。
